Classics seem to make their way into each and every console, regardless of how old the ported game is. Konami has taken up the classic game torch for the Nintendo DS platform by offering the Konami Classics Series: Arcade Hits which will feature more than a dozen games from Konami’s glorious past.
This compilation showcases the original games as well as remixed versions that will take advantage of the dual-screen nature of the DS. Multiplayer proponents will be happy to note that Konami will also incorporate wireless multiplater support as well as the ability to listen to musical and sonud effects from the included titles.
The following games have been confirmed to be inclded in the Konami Classics Series - Circus Charlie, Contra, Gradius, Roc ‘N Rope, Rush ‘N Attack, Time Pilot, Track and Field, and Yie-Ar Kung Fu.
