In a pretty weird manner, the PSP is one of the better platforms available for the music game genre, which was definitely not what Sony had evisioned when they first released this handheld. Pump It Up is pretty much in the same vein as Dance Dance Revolution, and proved to be quite the popular title in Korea. A PSP version should be making its way to Korea soon after appearing on Sony PSP’s official Korean site.
Pump It Up uses diagonals and a center button during gameplay, which leads us to question - “How will such a control scheme be mapped on the PSP?” We’ll leave that for you to ponder upon.
